Mdm Yip began her education journey in 1995 as a specialist in Creative Writing for primary school students. Driven by her passion for teaching and her commitment to nurturing young minds, she founded her first tuition centre in 2003 at Bishan Blk 509 (Street 11). A decade later, in 2013, she expanded her vision with a second branch at Bishan Blk 283 (Street 22). In 2025, this branch relocated to its current home at Bishan Blk 238 (Street 22).
